Today Starts a Better Life

“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”

– John Holmes

Innovative Family Therapy started as an individual therapist in a private practice with the goal of one day growing into the group practice we are today. In addition to providing our clients support and guidance, we give them actionable tools and exercises to rise up and declare a victory over their mental health struggles. The goal of each session is to:

  • Empower

  • Rebuild

  • Restore

  • Renew

Since most of our therapists are trained in Marriage & Family counseling, we are able to look at the struggles the individual faces as it relates to the entire family system. If necessary, multiple therapists can work with different family members as individuals then come together for family therapy sessions. Our sessions can be in-person or via video call, whatever makes you feel at ease.

As always, our goal is to provide the most effective and professional counseling services throughout every stage of life.

Our Therapists

Our therapists come from a number of diverse backgrounds, education, and training. We have all come together to provide professional and customized counseling services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
