My role is to encourage and promote healing to individuals who have experienced/witnessed traumatic events, or those who are experiencing life’s various stressors. My primary expertise is with children, teenagers, women and families, in helping them to develop healthy perceptions of themselves, which will lead to healthier relationships and connections in life.

Through the use of various therapeutic models, I provide guidance and support to my clients that will best meet their individual needs; I meet the client in whatever stage of life they are currently in, and partner with them on their journey of healing, growth and recovery. The goal is to help with the exploration of feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and move forward in life with the necessary tools obtained during therapy.

Some areas I work in with children and teens are anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral issues, school underachievement, body image, grief, major life transitions (divorce, marriage, blending families, loss, moving, new siblings). I can also provide parenting session for parents looking for guidance and support on best ways to help their child or teen overcome challenges they may be facing.
